When different firms designed the public spaces and guestrooms for a 243-key hotel and 94 luxury residences, Source sat between them as the single point of coordination. With an FF&E and OS&E scope of over $17M, the procurement team ran multiple design packages through a single buying process, keeping both firms on the same budget and schedule. For the owner, that meant one partner accountable for the whole program, rather than two teams to reconcile. The result: the property opened as a coherent whole, with its budget protected from groundbreaking through grand opening.
