During the kick-off phase, we will meet with your project team and align on goals, timeline and then we'll help get your project built on Source. No matter how many stakeholders you may have on your workplace project, Source can help create a single source of truth so everyone is on the same page.
DECIDE

Our team will conduct a thorough floor plan audit to ensure no chair is missed or extra table ordered and begin building your project out on Source.
We leverage our technology and machine learning to read and import your specifications project in 1-2 days, where other firms can take up to 2 weeks to import your project into their systems.

Before placing a purchase order, Source collects the latest lead time and pricing estimates in your project for review (and helps find alternates if the lead time comes back too long!)
These Furniture, Fixture and Equipment (FF&E) quotes, including freight estimates are used to submit initial cash-flow to be approved before submitting the PO's.

Source is able to place your purchase orders at a fraction of the time it takes a traditional purchasing agent and uses proprietary technology to reduce order errors caused by manual data entry or poor processes.
DELIVER

After the purchase orders have been placed, we work closely with all vendors to ensure committed lead times are met. If anything becomes at-risk this is communicated with solutions proactively.
Source also begins preparing Receiving, Warehousing, Delivery and Installation (RWDI) documentation during this time.

Source’s reliable network of national installation partners will facilitate the delivery of your materials to the project site on schedule. Our team works alongside the installation team to ensure your vision comes to life.
We’re experienced with proactively communicating any bumps that may arise during this phase. Table arrived scratched? We’ll help make it right no matter what.

We will conduct a final walk-through and project wrap-up meeting to ensure your goals were met.
We also can create a custom project portal for the owners or property managers to reorder furniture as needed throughout the properties lifecycle.
