KEVIN FITZGERALD JOINS SOURCE TO LEAD CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Kevin Fitzgerald brings 25 years across the hospitality supply chain to Source’s Growth team, leading corporate development with a disciplined, relationship-first approach. He turns strategic growth moves into client outcomes: faster handoffs, steadier delivery, and earlier access to capability across FF&E procurement.

Impacts You’ll See

Corporate development should feel invisible to clients: steady hands, no drama, faster results. With Kevin steering the work, we’ll move quickly on the right opportunities and make integration feel seamless, so our clients get what they care about most: fewer surprises, cleaner handoffs, and earlier access to new capability.

Experience that Opens Doors

Kevin has built a career that spans the entire hospitality supply chain, with roles at Saint Damase Group, Fairmont Designs, Benjamin West, American Hotel Register, and his own firm. That range gives him multiple vantage points on how the industry works and where it’s headed—providing a deep foundation for driving growth at Source.

Turning Intent Into Momentum

Kevin targets growth moves that expand client reach, regional presence, and vertical capability, and he converts those moves into client value quickly with a proven strategy:

1. Surface & Blueprint
Identify the highest-impact opportunities, confirm leadership continuity, map key relationships, and sketch a practical technology blueprint.

2. Pilot & Align
Run focused pilots to prove what works in real operations, support interim leadership where needed, align reporting and KPIs so teams speak the same language, and lock a retention plan that keeps the client experience steady.

3. Scale & Extend
Codify the integration playbook as the model proves out, broaden the technology rollout, and extend into underserved segments and markets.

While risk management lives inside the work, Kevin tests cultural fit early, frames growth around genuine synergies rather than price alone, and runs a PMO cadence that protects day-one continuity, so our clients see greater value, sooner.

Off the Clock

Outside of work, Kevin's life centers on his family, including his wife, Laura, and their two boys, Kemper and Lachlan.  He finds live music whenever he can, keeps time on the drums with a band that started on Craigslist, and runs a basement barbershop for anyone brave enough to sit down. He believes you’re never too old to learn, stretch, and surprise yourself. Kevin is also a living organ donor, who champions the life-saving practice and encourages everyone to learn more about living organ donation.
