BUSINESS LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

The City of Seattle requires that we provide a list of all vendors and exhibitors that will be participating at Sourced Seattle to submit their Seattle business license. Please note: vendors who do not provide this information to Source will not be allowed to participate in the show.

ADDITIONAL FAQS:

  • When you arrive to unload, Guest Services guards will be scheduled from 10pm-4pm at the gate at the corner of 2nd Ave N & Thomas St, as well as in the Apron in front of Fisher Pavilion, to help facilitate vendor load in. Please check in at the vehicle gate on 2nd and Thomas. You will then be given access to drive your car down to the front area of The Fisher Pavilion.

    Please unload your car, and then go park before unpacking and setting up your booth.

  • Booth breakdown will begin at 6:30 PM.

    Please do not begin breaking down your booth prior to 6:30 PM unless a Source team member has given you explicit direction to do so.

  • Tacks or pins but no staples, nails or tape may be used on the fabric covered portion of the wall. Nothing may be hung in front of the art on the walls. No staples, nails, mastic or tape may be used on finished wood, painted surfaces, black out curtain or windows. • Banners hung on an inside wall which require a ladder or lifting device, or outside on the north face of the facility, must be hung by Seattle Center stage personnel; exceptions may be granted for qualified decorators.

  • A hotspot for Seattle Center’s free, unsecured Wi-Fi connection is available in Fisher Pavilion. Service is variable dependent on traffic campus-wide. If a secure or dedicated connection is required, Licensee is encouraged to use the services of SmartCity/CCPI, the exclusive 3rd-party phone and data provider.

  • The Washington Indoor Clean Air Act prohibits smoking in all public places and within 25 feet of any entrance, exit, or ventilation intake.

  • The Fisher Pavilion is wheelchair and stroller accessible. An assistive listening system is available for temporary installation. Per the Americans with Disabilities Act, you must make this available to your guests. Request activation and receivers from your ESR in advance if needed for your event.

  • All emergencies and accidents shall be reported by contacting the Customer Service Desk via the courtesy phones (behind panels at east and west end of room near restrooms). Customer Service staff will radio an Emergency Services officer and call 911 if needed. The Emergency Services officer shall administer First Aid if needed and take an incident report.
