Nicole’s journey from interior designer to CEO reflects her visionary approach to solving industry challenges. With a foundation in hospitality design and a decade in sales and marketing for tile, flooring, and material manufacturers, Nicole gained firsthand insight into the inefficiencies plaguing the construction industry. Driven by frustration with these challenges, she built the first iteration of Source in 2018—a technology platform designed to bring greater transparency and efficiency to commercial construction decisions. Under her leadership, Source has grown from a one-woman startup to a team with a national presence, expanding its digital ecosystem to redefine how businesses invest in and manage procurement at scale.

Outside of work, Nicole is happiest spending time with her husband and two children, often camping under the stars or sipping hot tea by the fire. Her passion for problem-solving doesn’t stop at the office—she’s also become an expert at building the perfect s’more, even if her kids insist they are the superior marshmallow roasters.
