With over 30 years in strategic hospitality procurement, Stacey Hollender has built a reputation as a leader and innovator in the industry. A Georgetown University graduate, she launched her career at Servico Hotels and Resorts, later advancing to Marriott International as a project purchasing manager. She went on to lead procurement for 70 hotels at Innkeepers USA Trust.

In 2004, Stacey founded Berman Purchasing, specializing in procurement for resorts and vacation properties across the U.S., Hawaii, and the Caribbean. After merging with Source in 2024, she now serves as Vice President of Purchasing Operations, leading a team of 25+ to deliver excellence across all hospitality segments.
