Siblings Preston Browning and Rachel Browning started Salvage Works in 2010. Preston was formally trained in antique conservation and has worked as a finish carpenter, furniture maker and deconstructionist. Rachel spent most of her career in commercial construction. Together, they have created the premier reclaimed wood business open to the public. Their commitment is to local, heritage material that retains its character and history.
